Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of pineanywhere.io, Pine Script conversion services, subscriptions, generated artifacts, and Pine Runtime SDK licences.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, submitting source, purchasing a plan, or accessing an SDK package, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorized use. One person or organization may not create accounts to evade quotas, restrictions, or payment obligations. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address overdue payments.
3. Your source code
You retain your rights in submitted Pine Script. You grant PineAnywhere a limited right to copy, process, translate, compile, store, and transmit the source only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you own the source or have permission to submit and convert it.
4. Conversion service
PineAnywhere attempts an automated Pine Script v5 or v6 conversion to a compiled MetaTrader 5 EX5 artifact. Feature support is not universal. A job may fail during parsing, translation, MQL5 generation, compilation, or artifact delivery. Only a successfully completed conversion consumes an allowance unit; cancelled or failed jobs release the reserved unit. Deleting a successful order does not restore a consumed unit.
5. Free trial artifacts
Free-plan conversions produce trial EX5 files with an offline runtime expiry guard. The file and its hosted download expire 48 hours after successful compilation. Trial artifacts are for evaluation and testing, not uninterrupted production use. Paid EX5 artifacts do not contain the PineAnywhere trial runtime expiry, but their hosted downloads remain subject to plan retention.
6. Plans, payments, and renewal
Prices, billing interval, currency, included allowance, concurrency, and retention are shown before checkout. A recurring purchase authorizes the displayed initial and renewal charges until cancellation. SDK checkout may combine a one-time source-licence fee with the first subscription period; later renewals charge only the displayed recurring amount. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply.
Payment is processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout, including CloudPayments when available. Card details are entered in the provider's secure form and are not stored by PineAnywhere. A payment is considered completed only after PineAnywhere receives and validates the provider's successful payment notification. An electronic receipt or payment confirmation is sent to the email supplied at checkout.
7. Digital delivery
PineAnywhere supplies digital services only; no physical shipment is made. Conversion allowance is activated after a confirmed payment notification. A successfully compiled EX5 file becomes available in the applicable order page immediately after processing, normally within minutes, although complex jobs or temporary queues may take longer. An SDK package becomes available through the authenticated licence page after payment, licence scope confirmation, and package readiness. Delivery is complete when access to the relevant digital artifact or package is granted.
8. Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds
You may cancel automatic renewal from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not normally refund time already provided. A failed renewal may begin a seven-day grace period during which existing downloads remain available but new conversions are blocked. Infrastructure failures and unsuccessful conversions do not consume allowance. Confirmed service defects may be resolved by restoring an allowance unit or providing a replacement conversion. An SDK source licence is non-refundable after its package is delivered or first accessed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
To request a refund, email support@pineanywhere.io with the account email, invoice or transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason. Do not send full card details. We review the service and delivery records and reply with the decision or a request for additional information. Approved card refunds are submitted through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside PineAnywhere's control. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer refund rights.
9. Pine Runtime SDK licence
An SDK purchase grants the named customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the selected languages and recorded company/product scope. You may modify the source internally and distribute compiled applications within that scope. You may not publish, sell, disclose, sublicense, or redistribute the SDK source as a standalone product or enable third parties to reconstruct it. OEM, source redistribution, escrow, ownership transfer, additional products, or broader company use requires a separate written agreement. When a subscription ends, you may continue using the last version properly licensed and delivered, but access to later versions, hosted conversion allowances, updates, support, and private package delivery ends.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use PineAnywhere to infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, access another account, submit secrets or unnecessary personal data, automate abusive traffic, or violate trading, export, sanctions, or other applicable laws. We may remove harmful material and suspend or terminate abusive accounts.
11. Generated code and trading risk
Compilation success does not guarantee semantic equivalence with TradingView, profitability, execution quality, regulatory suitability, or compatibility with every broker, data feed, MetaTrader build, or future Pine release. Market data, timing, order models, and platform behavior differ. You are responsible for code review, backtesting, forward testing, risk controls, security, and lawful deployment. PineAnywhere does not provide investment, brokerage, tax, or legal advice.
12. Service availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted access or conversion of every script. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation are excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PineAnywhere is not liable for lost profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, corrupted data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. PineAnywhere’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment. Provisions concerning ownership, licence restrictions, payment records, disclaimers, and liability survive where their purpose requires it. We may update these Terms for future use of the service; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
15. Seller details, disputes, and contact
