Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PineAnywhere collects when you visit the website, create an account, convert Pine Script, purchase a subscription, or request a Pine Runtime SDK licence.
1. Who controls your information
PineAnywhere is the operator and controller of personal information processed through pineanywhere.io. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@pineanywhere.io. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, email-confirmation state, authentication provider identifiers, profile preferences, active sessions, and security events.
- Conversion data: uploaded or pasted Pine Script, source filename, size and hash, requested target, Pine version, conversion status, diagnostics, generated files, download records, and order identifiers.
- Billing data: selected plan, subscription state, invoice and transaction identifiers, payment status, masked payment metadata, receipt information, and provider responses. PineAnywhere does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
- SDK licensing data: licensed company, licensed product scope, selected languages, licence acceptance evidence, package versions, and delivery/access records.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, cookie identifiers, application logs, fraud signals, and service-performance data.
- Communications: messages and identifiers you send to support.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts; validate, translate, compile, store, and deliver requested conversions; enforce quotas and licences; provide SDK packages; process payments and receipts; send account, conversion, billing, and security messages; diagnose failures; prevent abuse; maintain service reliability; and meet accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Legal reasons for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securing and improving PineAnywhere and preventing fraud. Optional communications or non-essential analytics are based on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Source code and confidentiality
Your Pine Script is processed only to provide and support the conversion you request, protect the service, and resolve failures. We do not claim ownership of your source code and do not sell it. Do not include credentials, API keys, personal data, or material you are not authorized to submit.
6. Service providers and international processing
We share only the information needed with infrastructure, database, message-queue, object-storage, email-delivery, authentication, analytics, payment, receipt, monitoring, and professional-service providers. Depending on your selected checkout and login method, these may include Google authentication, Yandex Metrika, CloudPayments, CloudKassir, TryBit, and hosting or S3-compatible storage providers. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently. Information may be processed outside your country; where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.
When you choose CloudPayments, payment-card details are entered in the CloudPayments payment widget and are transmitted directly to CloudPayments. PineAnywhere receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, masked card information, and subscription status needed to fulfil the order, issue receipts, handle refunds, and reconcile payments.
7. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, preserve security state, and maintain application sessions. PineAnywhere may also use Yandex Metrika to understand visits and user flows. Browser privacy settings, tracking protection, or content blockers may prevent analytics from loading without preventing core account and conversion functions.
8. Retention
- Ordinary submitted source is scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
- Free conversion artifacts remain downloadable for 48 hours and contain a trial runtime expiry guard.
- Paid conversion artifacts are retained for 90, 180, or 365 days according to the plan attached to the order.
- Deleting an order removes customer access immediately. Deletion records and recoverable storage copies may be retained for up to one year for security, recovery, and legal purposes before physical purge.
- Account, security, support, payment, tax, licence-acceptance, and SDK-delivery records are retained while needed to operate the account and afterwards for applicable accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, and legal limitation periods.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update profile and notification preferences in Settings, cancel renewal in Billing, and request account deletion in Security settings. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it is needed for payments, tax, security, legal claims, or proof of a continuing SDK licence.
10. Security and children
We use encrypted transport, account-scoped authorization, protected object storage, source and artifact hashes, signed payment notifications, rate limits, audit records, and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. PineAnywhere is intended for people legally able to enter a contract and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the account or email.
